Where we ship

• Currently shipping to Canada, United States, and Europe.
• Free shipping on all orders to Canada and the USA.
• International shipping available to select European countries.

• Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Delivery time (Canada)

• Estimated delivery: 7–12 days after processing.
• Delivery can vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or remote areas.

• Estimated delivery: 7–14 days after processing.

Delivery time (Europe)

• Estimated delivery: 10–20 days after processing.

Tracking

• Tracking is provided once your order ships. You'll receive an email with your tracking link.

Address accuracy

• Please confirm your shipping address at checkout.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we may need to charge a reshipment fee.
