Refund policy

Returns

Return window: 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts/accessories included.

Non-returnable: Gift cards, final sale items, and items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery.

How to start a return

Email us with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged/defective)

We'll reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: typically 3–7 business days after approval (bank processing may vary).

Damaged / wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We'll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the case.

Return shipping costs

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • International returns (USA & Europe): customer is responsible for return shipping fees and any customs/duties charges.
