Refund policy
Returns
Return window: 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts/accessories included.
Non-returnable: Gift cards, final sale items, and items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery.
How to start a return
Email us with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged/defective)
We'll reply with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: typically 3–7 business days after approval (bank processing may vary).
Damaged / wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We'll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the case.
Return shipping costs
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- International returns (USA & Europe): customer is responsible for return shipping fees and any customs/duties charges.
